  • External coating in Polyurea or Cordura

 

Ballistic protection plate conforms to NIJ 0101.04 and NIJ 0101.06 standards.

Fully configurable, it can be combined with NIJ IIIA soft ballistic protection (ICW) or used as sole ballistic protection (SA).

The development combining ceramic, polyethylene and aramid provides excellent protection against armour-piercing ammunition while limiting the weight of the plate. In addition, it avoids the fragmentation effect of the warhead when it hits the protection.

Its design favors the dispersion within the plate of the energy transferred by the projectile at the moment of impact.
