The CBR-9 (Chiappa Black Rhino 9mm) was designed from the start as a mini fixed butt rifle. Despite the pistol grip design and overall look, this is not a handgun simply paired with a fairing. This is what allowed the manufacturer to improve the balance of the weapon, add a safety lever, and reposition certain elements more strategically.
